About Four Consult
Four Consult is the trading name of Four Construction Consultancy Services Limited.
Founded in 2022 by Darren Tancred, Four Consult was established with a clear purpose:
To manage your project collaboratively — in partnership, with aligned goals and shared success.
We provide transparent, personable and honest project and commercial management advice which ensures the successful delivery of the projects we are involved in. We have a varied client base; from development funders, employers and property developers to main contractors and sub-contractors.
In an industry often dominated by one-size-fits-all solutions, we believe in doing things differently. We offer a truly personal and bespoke service—guiding clients through every stage of the project journey, from pre-construction to post-completion.
